Just an ordinary man

Mariotto is an ordinary man with an ordinary life. When his wife Mafalda, his one true love, suddenly leaves him, his world is shattered. Mariotto is determined to win her back and refuses to accept the end of their marriage. His attempts soon lead to obsessive behaviour and stalking. During this crisis, Mariotto meets Cinzia, a charming woman who seems to understand him and to whom he feels attracted. But his obsession with Mafalda is stronger and torments him, driving him to the brink of madness. Unable to accept reality, Mariotto risks doing the irreparable in the name of a sick and possessive love. Will he be able to come to his senses before it is too late?
