Roots painting

This is not only a guide to painting your family tree, but also a mixture of stories, art pills, meetings with Masters. During a time of retreat Sahaja takes a journey into her roots which gives her inspiration to write a growth path aimed at those who intend to venture into their own history, in order to bring peace, inclusion and family balance. Sahaja's invitation is to use painting and writing in a spontaneous way, as tools of self-analysis and transformation, as well as benefiting from their intrinsic healing power.
